Kelsea was born and raised in Carroll County: she knows the area well and loves to help clients find the ideal neighborhood for them. She is also a determined philanthropist; Kelsea is the “fur mom” to three rescue dogs and is a passionate advocate of animal rescuing and is the dedicated mom to Maverick.
