Closing the Deal

Once you choose your home, we will represent your interest throughout the process, while managing and advocating for you during inspections, financing, and other steps in the process needed to get you to settlement as planned. As settlement approaches, we’ll complete a final walk-through with you so that you’re confident your new home is ready for move-in day.
